Class favorites with Teacher Linda

Hi, everyone! Our first Music at Home segment is me leading some class favorites accompanied on piano by my husband, Alan. Before you start the video, please find two wooden spoons (or anything that can be tapped together to simulate rhythm sticks, such as chopsticks) and a cloth napkin or washcloth folded up to resemble a beanbag. Your child will have fun using those props to follow along. Enjoy!

And here’s the second segment: Class favorites 2. For this one you’ll need two pots to drum on and two lids to crash together like cymbals. (Sorry, but it’s pretty fun.)

And here is the playlist of the Class Favorites, if you want to run the segments one after the other.

Here’s one for Exploring and Foundations students. Most of the activities are from Foundations but Exploring students may enjoy it too. For this they’ll need a chair or stool to sit on and space to march around it.
